Outline and scope:

 

Presentation topics will be:

  • the history and outlook of DNA sequencing
  • current trends of DNA sequencing approaches
  • gene finding
  • gene annotation
  • etc.

Literature for the different presentations are up-to-date scientific reviews and articles which will be provided to the speakers.

Further autonomous literature search is expected.

Each speaker will hold a ~30 min talk (+ 10min discussion) and present the relevant results to all participants.

Presentations will be given in German (or English if desired.)
