Description:

We will read the new book on "Gene Genealogies, Variation and Evolution". At the beginning of each session, we will randomly select a participant to briefly report on the contents of the current chapter and to lead the discussion afterwards. Each participant is the "teacher" the same number of times. Each participant is only allowed to "refuse to teach" once.

Wir lesen gemeinsam das Buch "Gene Genealogies, Variation and Evolution". Am Anfang der Doppelstunde wird ausgelost, wer an diesem Termin den Inhalt eines Kapitels kurz vorstellt und die anschließende Diskussionsrunde leitet. Jeder kommt gleich haeufig dran, und darf höchstens einmal aussetzen, falls mal unvorbereitet.
Die Diskussion findet auf Englisch statt.
