Description:

This practical course consists of small hands-on projects centered around a highly configurable viewing framework for biomolecular data that has been developed by our group. Focus of these projects is to get some more training regarding:

software engineering / software architecture
basic visualization concepts
software development in small teams
presentation of results

Students will have plenty of opportunities to bring in their ideas.
