Updates of NCBI taxonomy:
To update to the latest NCBI taxonomy, download the following file:
http://www-ab2.informatik.uni-tuebingen.de/megan/taxonomy/ncbi.zip
In the installation directory of MEGAN, unzip this file in the
class/resources/files
directory.
