To update to the latest NCBI taxonomy, download the following file:

Updates of NCBI microbial attributes:
To update to the latest NCBI microbial attributes, download the
following file:
http://www-ab2.informatik.uni-tuebingen.de/megan/taxonomy/microbialattributes.zip
In the installation directory of MEGAN, unzip these files in the
class/resources/files directory.
